We – Ukrainians, and this means, according to the first Chairman of the Directory of the Ukrainian People's Republic Volodymyr Vinnichenko, to be constantly in a state of proving one's right to exist.
Today, as well as for many centuries in a row, faithful daughters and sons of Ukraine do not just prove, but choose the right to the existence of our state and everything Ukrainian. And these are not only those heroes who selflessly defend our Ukraine with weapons in their hands. Athletes, musicians, journalists, clergy, doctors, educators, agrarians, builders, miners, metallurgists, chemists, machine builders, statesmen, political elite - these are separate individuals and entire collectives of the social, spiritual, economic and political spheres of our society. Among them there are world-famous ones, whom we all know well and often see on the front pages of foreign and domestic media, they are proud and admired by millions of people around the world, and their virtues are recognized with the highest international, public and state awards.
However, the unbreakable core of our country, the real creators of the national product are ordinary Ukrainians, who, with their hard work and often self-sacrificing, but so necessary, especially in our time, work create the Great State of Ukraine. Their names and faces are unknown to the general public and they rarely receive the honors they deserve. General national project «We – Ukrainians» (hereinafter - the Project) was developed and is being implemented thanks to and for the sake of such simple Ukrainians.
Loudly call out the names and publicly show the faces of the real creators of modern, wealthy, competitive European Ukraine.
Honoring and awarding individual individuals and entire teams (hereinafter referred to as Nominees) who meet the selection criteria for the General national project «We – Ukrainians» and have the desire to participate in it. Coverage by mutual consent of relevant events on the website and pages of the Project in social networks, on advertising and image products of the Project, in the central and regional mass media.
Nominees can be representatives of Ukraine or any other country who love our state and respect its laws have a high intellectual level, developed spirituality, extraordinary moral and willful qualities, professional skills brought to the level of art, statesmanship, active citizenship, are powerful benefactors, patrons, volunteers...
All issues of «life activity» of the Project are handled by the Coordination council, which is an independent collegial advisory and supervisory body. The chairman heads the Coordination council.
1. The Coordinating council through the web representations of public associations, territorial communities, professional unions, industry associations, veteran organizations, religious denominations, state and private enterprises, state authorities and local self-government bodies, other open sources of information searches for potential Nominees who meet the criteria selection to the Project.
2. Individuals and legal entities can independently submit candidacies of potential Nominees who, in their opinion, meet the selection criteria for the Project for consideration by the Coordination council.
3. The Coordinating council reviews these candidacies and makes a decision regarding their compliance or non-compliance with the selection criteria for the Project.
4. The Coordination council informs potential Nominees about their compliance with the selection criteria for the Project and invites them to participate in it.
5. If the potential Nominee wishes to participate in the Project, the Parties shall agree on the cooperation regulations.
6. The agreed regulation of cooperation provides for: qualitative and quantitative composition of honors, place, time and format of their presentation or delivery, regulates document flow and any other «technical» issues between the Parties.
7. If necessary, the Coordination council provides a set of documents in accordance with the agreed cooperation regulations.
8. The Nominee pays the organizational costs of participation in the Project.
9. The Coordination council and the Nominee fulfill their obligations in accordance with the agreed cooperation regulations.
10. In all cases, the Coordinating council reserves the final decision regarding the compliance or non-compliance of potential Nominees with the selection criteria for the Project and their participation or non-participation in it.
